About
Hi, I'm Jamie.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT #79614), and my entire practice is built around one focus: helping people get free from OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention.
My practice is built on a simple belief: OCD is treatable, and you deserve a therapist who actually knows how to treat it. My role is to bring the structure, the evidence-based tools, and a steady presence — you bring your honesty and your willingness. Together we build a plan that respects your pace.

My story
Why I do this work.
I came to this work because of the people I love. I watched family and close friends live with OCD, and I saw — up close, day after day — how exhausting and isolating it can be. I also saw something else: how hard it was to find a therapist who actually knew how to treat it.
There still aren't enough clinicians trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, and that gap costs people years of unnecessary suffering. OCD is treatable. The research is clear. What's been missing for too many people is a guide who knows the map.
My heart is to give people the tools they need to live a full, meaningful, and successful life — not a life shrunk down to fit around OCD. That belief shapes every session I do.
I also know, personally, that OCD targets the things you love most — your relationships, your values, your sense of who you are. That's part of what makes it so painful. It's also why recovery matters so much. Getting your life back means getting back to the people and things that make life worth living.
